We always recommend dry cleaning for best results, but here are some easy at-home care tips for your Daiele silk pieces:
1. Lukewarm Water Washing: Always use lukewarm water as hot water can weaken silk fabric, causing shrinkage and loss of gloss.
2. Hand Washing Preferred: Gently swirl the silk fabric in the water and avoid scrubbing.
3. Gentle Detergent: Use a very mild detergent designed for delicate/silk fabrics.
4. Machine Washing (If Necessary): Use a gentle/silk cycle and place the silk item in a mesh laundry bag for extra protection.
5. Avoid Wringing or Twisting: Gently squeeze out water instead.
6. Avoid Tumble Dry: Lay the garment flat on a towel to dry.
7. Don't bleach.
8. Avoid direct sunlight: Dry silk fabric in the shade.
Dealing with wrinkles in silk requires a gentle approach to preserve its smooth finish:
• Avoid High Heat: When ironing silk, use the lowest heat setting and place a cloth between the iron and the silk fabric to protect it.
• Steam with Care: A steamer can gently remove wrinkles without direct contact. Keep the steamer at a distance to prevent water spots.
• Hanging Silk: Sometimes, simply hanging silk garments in a humid bathroom can help the wrinkles fall out naturally.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Please contact us with a photo of the issue, so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
