Shipping & Delivery  Policy

All orders are dispatched from Latvia. Orders can be delivered to European Economic Zone countries, and to the United States of America. Estimated shipping costs are provided during checkout and may vary based on location, carrier, and order size. If your territory is not listed please contact us to check if other options are available; however, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the destination.

All orders are carefully prepared before dispatch. Delivery times vary by location, and may include courier delivery:

• Baltics: 2-4 business days

• Europe: 3-10 business days

• Rest of the world: 10-20 business days

Solely customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address.

There can be additional duties and taxes applied upon receipt of your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. Daiele is not required to inform customers of such additional costs and is not required to refund such costs to customer.

Local pickup may be arranged in Latvia and is organized directly with the Daiele team. Pickup details, including location and available time slots, will be shared once the order is ready.

Daiele may offer free shipping at its discretion or apply shipping vouchers or discounts after an order has been placed.

In certain cases, a minimum order value may be required for shipping, or additional shipping fees may apply for small or low-value orders. Any such adjustments will be communicated clearly to the customer.
 

Daiele reserves the right to adjust shipping methods, costs, or conditions when necessary to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
