We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Please note that due to the delicate nature of silk, items that show signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted for return or refund. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at daielesilks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process!

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Please contact us with a photo of the issue, so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or faulty. 

Warranty

Daiele stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its silk products. Each item is carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our standards. This warranty covers manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery, including fabric, print, stitching, or finishing faults that affect the integrity of the product. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Daiele may, at its discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Due to the delicate and natural characteristics of silk, this warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, pulls or snags caused by use, improper handling, washing, or care, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, or heat, alterations or repairs carried out by third parties, or any changes in texture or color that are inherent to natural silk fibers. Items showing signs of wear, use, or improper care cannot be considered faulty.

To submit a warranty claim, you can contact us at daielesilks@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days after receiving your order, a description of the issue, and clear images of the product. All warranty claims are reviewed individually and are subject to inspection and approval by Daiele. Following the provided care instructions is essential to preserve the quality and longevity of each silk piece.
